Vertu BYD Hartlepool were easy to deal with although there were a few issues. I felt these issues should have been addressed prior to me collecting the car as I was told they would be.
On the day I viewed the car I was told certain jobs would be done only to arrive on Friday to collect my car then I was told things wouldn't be done as it wasn't a new car. The mot hadn't been done, the lock nut was missing and no emergency inflation kit. So I was unable to do any long journeys. Thankfully all the issues were sorted in the end but I do feel these should have been done prior to collection like I was told.

My experience at Vertu BYD Hartlepool was memorable because the staff very very helpful and welcoming. They found me a car with a deal that I was comfortable with. A very straight forward car purchase.

I would not recommend Vertu BYD Hartlepool because I thought I was getting a car with a usable full spare wheel, but I bought a car with a useless spare wheel.
